Replies usually take a couple of days. Korean or English are both fine.
What to write about
Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a tarot meaning misstates the tradition, a birth chart calculates wrongly, or a dream entry reads badly, say which page and what is wrong — astronomical errors get fixed straight away, and written entries get rewritten.
Questions about how the site works, requests for a dream symbol we have not covered, and press or partnership enquiries are all welcome at the same address.
What we cannot do
We cannot give personal readings by email, and we cannot retrieve a birth chart you generated earlier — your birth details are used for the calculation and then discarded, as described in the privacy policy. Nothing on this site is medical, legal or financial advice.
