Your blend

The Flare

You light it, and then everyone can see.

Drive first, thought close behind. You get an idea and you are three steps into it before you have finished explaining it, and the explaining tends to be good — you can make people want the thing you want.

The risk is not that you are wrong. It is that you are convincing, and a convincing person moving fast can take a group somewhere nobody checked. You have done that at least once.

A flare is a signal, not a fire that lasts. Your strength is starting and rallying, not maintaining. Building something durable usually means handing the middle stretch to someone slower than you, which you know and still find difficult.
